Chief Medical Officer of Finland. She was the first medical professional to publish books about "out of body" experiences. She attended a UFO conference in Moscow in 1991 where a handful of high ranking U.S. military were present. Bearing in mind Raunis high ranking position in the Finnish goverment, some of her statements are highly significant. It's a pity more of our government officials are not as open and honest as Rauni Kilde - the world would probably be a much safer place if they were. Rauni points out that some European countries were not willing to accept America & the CIAs attempts to classify certain beliefs as a type of psychological condition.
